I’m a content designer. I also do some user experience design and research too.
As a human-centred designer I care about people and thrive most when working on projects that have real-life impact for individuals.
I enjoy turning complex things into simple experiences for people - mainly because I think we should spend more time doing what we love and less time on what we have to do. If I can make things quicker and easier for someone, then I can close my laptop happy each day.

I was part of the award winning Digital User Experience team at The University of Southampton. Our work on the OneWeb Digital Transformation Project was an industry first in UK higher education for user-centred design.
